Mr. Pareed Sunil, serves as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer at PNB Gilts Ltd., a premier primary dealer in India's government securities market. He has earlier worked as Deputy CEO of PNB Gilts for approx. 2 years and elevated to perform present role in the company.

He has been engaged with PNB group for more than 3 decades and played an important role in the field of Treasury, International Banking, Credit Management, Risk Management, Compliance and HR. His extensive experience spans both domestic and international markets, including significant assignments in India and abroad.

Mr. Sunil holds MBA finance, Post graduate program in banking and finance from the National Institute of Bank Management, Pune, and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.

Shailesh Saurabh, brings over 15 years of diversified banking experience across Compliance, Treasury, Credit, Retail, and HR Transformation. He previously served in Punjab National Bank's at different verticals covering Compliance, Treasury, Retail Credit, HR Transformation and Branches. He developed the Compliance Risk Assessment Model, Valuation Model for Investment Portfolio, and Reverse Revaluation Model for Forex Portfolio and also automated multiple regulatory reporting processes.

He holds B-Level (MCA equivalent) from National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (formerly DOEACC Society), B.Sc. (Hons.), and certifications including CAIIB, JAIIB, AML and KYC. Known for strong IT and process-automation skills, he has led capability-building initiatives and delivered training on MS Excel across bank units.
